It is indeed. There are extant, open-source, self-hostable QA alternatives.
The group collectively voted to start anew. That means out immediate focus is on i) establishing MVP, then ii) building MVP.
This doesn’t stop individuals or groups taking one of the existing QA offerings and running with that. It would be great if they continued to liaise with us, particularly the discussions around community and governance
