Retired computer/math guy, my specialty is cryptographic APIs. I’m a fan of Java and python, and I like C# although I have less experience in it (but I’m not a fan of the various .Net runtimes). The languages I’ve been proficient in at one time or another are, in chronological order, Fortran, Basic, Pascal, C, Perl, Java, Python. Currently learning Javascript (not yet a fan, but I’m intrigued) and PHP (why does this language even exist?).
