Is there any way to prevent this from being company driven in the future?

I think we can all agree that a BIG problem with the SE-network is that it is a big company that has all the power. I wonder if there is a way to ensure that will not happen to Codiact. Unfortunately, I don’t have any ideas on my own in this matter, but it would be awesome if there was a way to right from scratch prevent Codiact from being company driven instead of community driven.

Any ideas?

The company made for Codidact will be non-profit, owned by the people actively taking part in the Codidact site, and is very unlikely to have paid workers.

I think it’s safe to say it’ll be extremely different to most Q&A companies.
